These terms are an agreement between you and Xoral. By creating an account or using Xoral, you accept them. The Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy apply together with them.
1. What Xoral is
Xoral (xoral.si) is an AI assistant. It consists of a chat on the website and Xoral CLI, an agent for your terminal; together they're called the “Service” in these terms. Answers in the Service are generated by language models.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 to use the Service.
- Use an email address you have access to, and keep your password and access keys secret.
- An account and a Xoral CLI key are for one person. You may not share, sell or rent access to others.
- You're responsible for everything done through your account and your key. If you suspect someone else has used them, let us know right away.
3. How you may use the Service
Use the Service in line with the law, these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not:
- bypass limits, including by using several accounts;
- scrape the Service or access it other than through the website, Xoral CLI and the keys issued to you;
- disrupt the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission, or try to access other people's accounts or Xoral's internal systems.
4. Model answers
- Models can make mistakes, invent facts and suggest code that doesn't work or isn't secure. Check answers before you rely on them.
- Answers about health, law, finance and security are general information and don't replace a professional's advice.
- Other users may get similar answers to similar questions.
- Decisions you make based on answers, and their consequences, are your responsibility.
5. Xoral CLI
Xoral CLI runs on your computer: it reads and changes files and runs commands. The agent asks before making changes, but you're responsible for what you allow. Use version control or backups and review changes before you ship them.
6. Your content
Your messages and the answers you receive belong to you to the extent the law allows. You let us process them only as far as needed to run the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't use your content to train models. You're responsible for having the rights to the code, text and data you send.
7. Limits, plans and changes to the Service
Xoral is free for now, and every account has a daily limit. We keep developing the Service and may change limits, the set of models and features. If we introduce paid plans, we'll publish their terms in advance; free access won't become paid without your consent.
8. Suspension and account deletion
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. We may restrict or block access if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if the law requires it, or if your account puts the Service or other users at risk. Where possible, we'll warn you in advance and explain why.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it stable, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will suit your particular purposes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Xoral is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or the consequences of using model answers and actions of Xoral CLI. This limitation doesn't apply where the law prohibits it.
11. Third-party services and open source
Answers that use web search contain links to third-party websites; we're not responsible for their content. Xoral is built on open-source software: the chat on LibreChat and Xoral CLI on OpenCode. Both are distributed under the MIT license.
12. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll publish the new version on this page and update the effective date. We'll give advance notice of significant changes on the website or by email. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the new terms.
13. Language and contact
The governing version of these terms is in Russian; translations are provided for convenience. Send questions to support@xoral.si.
